Let’s just start by saying that ’tis the season for combining different food and drink into one spectacular, or some may say, monstrous new food. Examples of such food would be Turducken (Turkey stuffed with duck which is stuffed with chicken) or the piecaken (pie inside a cake) or fanciful things like Cronuts (a cross between a croissant and a donut that has been trademarked by Dominique Ansel Bakery) or pie milkshakes – which is exactly what it sounds like.
Today however, during the first day of winter, we came across a wonderful article and recipe that is a new discovery for us about wine and chocolate. The four sumptuous words that caught our eye were: Red Wine Hot Chocolate.
